Ingredients
- Pasta (your choice)
- Passierte Tomaten (pureed tomatoes)
- Sahne oder Frischkäse (cream or cream cheese)
- Knoblauch (garlic)
- Salz (salt)
- Pfeffer (pepper)
- Chili (optional)
- Babyspinat (baby spinach)
- Parmesan (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Boil water in a pot.
- Add the pasta to the boiling water.
- Melt the cream or cream cheese in another pan.
- Add the passierte Tomaten, garlic, salt, pepper, and chili to the cream.
- Stir until combined and heated through.
- Mix in the baby spinach until wilted.
- Drain the pasta and combine with the sauce.
- Serve with grated Parmesan if desired.
